We’re sorry to report that between approximately 2pm on Thursday 1st April and 1:30pm Sunday 4th April (UTC) there was a problem with one of our servers that may have resulted in payment processing not working for some customers.
The problem, which was caused by a malfunction on one of the servers that run our site after installing a software update, has now been rectified, and I can confirm that nobody will be charged erroneously as a result.
We’d like to apologise wholeheartedly for any inconvenience caused.
