Report a bug (or request a feature)

If possible, please use the bug report feature built-in to the software you have purchased rather than this form. This will reduce the amount of time it takes for us to examine your bug report because it will include relevant information from any log files generated by the system or by the software.

Please fill-in the form below as completely as possible, including as much information as you can give about the problem; if there are any log files or crash dumps, we would appreciate it if you could include the information from those or send them in a separate e-mail. Please note that Coriolis Systems cannot respond individually to bug reports or feature requests.

N.B. Any contact information you provide is subject to the provisions of the 1998 Data Protection Act; we will not share your contact information with any other organisation, and it will only be used to contact you in the event that we have a query about your bug report or feature request. If, at any point, you wish to see any information we hold in relation to your contact information, or you would like us to remove your details from our records, please contact our administration department; note that, depending on your request, we may make a charge for this service.

Also note that by submitting a bug report or feature request, you agree to relinquish all rights and title to any ideas, concepts, techniques or other intellectual property contained therein. (This is to protect us from malicious infringement claims by those requesting features.)
